What is your shipping policy?

We currently offer shipping within Egypt via trusted courier services. Orders are typically processed within 2-7 business days, and delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

What is your return policy?

Due to the care and intention behind each piece, we do not offer returns once the courier has delivered your item and left the location.
However, if you wish to exchange your product (due to size or color) — this must be done at the moment of delivery with the courier present.
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, please contact our support team immediately, and we’ll cover the shipping for repair or exchange.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not at the moment — but we’re working on it!
