Exchanges
We offer exchanges only at the time of delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item due to size, color, or preference, you must inform the courier during the delivery process. Once the item has been handed over and the courier has left the delivery location, we are no longer able to process exchanges.
Returns
For hygiene, quality assurance, and the intention-led nature of our brand, we do not accept returns after delivery is complete.
We kindly ask that you check your item upon receiving it and make any exchange decisions with the courier present.
Damaged or Defective Items

Refunds
